Today's version of me is radically different than back in 2018. I know that MUST be true for you as well! When you reflect on the good, the bad, and the OMG moments, it keeps you humble, right?
As I reflected on my journey with you all, I was reminded this has been quite a ride, filled with challenges and invaluable lessons that I'm eager to share with you.
When I first started, I navigated the event landscape with only my ambition and a vision for assisting in creating memorable experiences. Back then, I focused primarily on supporting professional speakers and ensuring they had everything they needed to shine on stage, based on my "Oprah extravaganza."
However, gaining more experience, I realized that a successful event goes far beyond just the experience of the guest speakers. It's about cultivating a dedicated team committed to excellence in every aspect of the event. From well-trained volunteers who anticipate and address every need to a cohesive production team that ensures seamless execution, every member plays a vital role in bringing the vision to life.
WHAT AN AH-HA MOMENT for me!
In my journey, I've encountered challenges requiring sacrifices, such as investing in programs like the renowned Ritz-Carlton concierge training. Despite financial constraints, I recognized that learning from the best in the industry was essential to elevating my events to the next level.
